Syndyne Covid-19 Update April 8th, 2020

Governor Inslee has extended the mandatory lockdown through May 5th, 2020. Although the Governor has informed us that he may extend this date if conditions do not improve, we feel much more confident that this date will be honored. Our state has access to more reliable information than it had previously.

We appreciate your support and hope that you are staying safe and healthy.

Syndyne Covid-19 Update March 25th, 2020

Dear Syndyne Customers, Suppliers, and Colleagues:

Thank you so much for your support and wishes of health and safety this week! With information from our local, state, and federal government changing hourly, we did our best to make plans and preparations with little certainty. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Washington State Governor, Jay Inslee, has mandated that our onsite operations be closed until April 9th, 2020. Our strongest desire in all this is for the health and wealthfare of our employees, customers, suppliers, and colleagues throughout this critical time. Although most of our work requires an on-site presence, we will be able to provide some of our critical operations from home. We will be checking emails, voicemails, and providing some phone support for urgent customer service needs. 

Please help us serve everyone as efficiently as possible by sending emails to a temporary centralized inbox at offsite@syndyne.com. Multiple personnel will be checking this inbox. If only a phone call will do, please note that our phone system has changed to efficiently allow remote access by our staff. We will do our best to get back to you in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience throughout this process if you experience longer than normal response times. Please note that any emails and phone calls placed directly to employee inboxes or extensions may delay our ability to provide you with service.
